Paula Patton is an actress and producer best known for her roles as a lead actress in the action movie Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and the drama film Precious. While growing up in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many dreams. She was raised by a mother, who was a fan of movies. Paula was active in her school's co-curricular activities and especially captivated by dramatics. Paula loved playing the role of an actor alongside her peers and was a participant in her school's stage productions. She acted in many productions at her high school Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and then decided to pursue acting as a profession. In a summer program offered by the University of Southern California, she had a blast there. She was awarded a three-month project producing documentaries on behalf of PBS. When she finished her three-month task successfully the first task was working in the production department for television documentaries. Next, she was going to start producing documentaries. While she enjoyed working in the field, she was aspired to become an actress. Her career in acting started with minor roles with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. Since then she has appeared in a variety of film and TV programs.
