Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor-Joy was born April 16 1996 in Miami Florida. It is said that she's half English, part Spanish. Parents are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. Her father, an native Argentine of Scottish as well as English descendant is her mother. Her mother is of Spanish origin. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children. Four of them are born from her father's prior marriage. Families resided at Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy was six years old. She after which they moved to the Victoria district of London. Taylor-Joy admitted that it was an emotional move and that she was unable to go back to school in English because she hoped to go back to Argentina. She was forced to transfer schools between Northlands towards Hill House. After that, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she took ballet classes and appeared in school plays. When she was 16 she dropped out of school in order to follow a full-time career path in acting. As a child, Taylor-Joy knew that she wanted to become an actress and her dream came true when she was given modeling work by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
